The Breath Package
Guided Breath Meditation - Conscious Connected Breath; individual, group and zoom sessions available
I facilitate Guided Breath Sessions to help get us back to our bodies, create calmness within us, center ourselves, and release trauma. I facilitate pregnant women and everyone. I would love to bring awareness and help prepare you for your new journey.
The Whole Journey Package
Birth Doula - Includes guided breath session(s), a personalized Hypnobirth meditation, prenatal coaching sessions, postpartum support. Each visit is approximately ninety minutes in duration. In these sessions, we will: understand your vision, motivations, fears, and hopes for your birth; explore birth preferences; use Body Ready Method ®techniques; practice comfort measures and positions for labor and delivery; prepare for postpartum; and review any birthing and postpartum topics as requested.
Phone, text, and email support from the time I am hired through six weeks postpartum.
Access to a TENS unit for you to start using at the onset of labor.
Back-up Doula support
On-call (24/7) from two weeks before your due date to when you give birth. Once you are in labor, I will come at your request to provide continuous labor support and will stay two hours postpartum.
Two postpartum visits that offer: breastfeeding support, celebrating your birth experience, and supporting your transition to motherhood.
The Body Movement Package
I am also a certified Body Ready Method Pro®, and I offer 1:1 assessments to help mothers prepare their bodies for labor and recovery. Through personalized sessions, I implement principles and daily exercises that support optimal alignment, mobility, and strength — both for labor and daily life. I work with mothers pre- and post-pregnancy to ensure they feel their best, both physically and emotionally.
Personalized HypnoBirth Meditation
As your birth doula, I offer Hypnobirth Meditation as a deeply supportive, personalized service to help you feel calm, confident, and connected throughout pregnancy and birth. Together, we’ll use gentle guided meditations, breathing techniques, and visualization tailored to you—your body, your preferences, and your birth goals. This practice helps release fear, build trust in your natural instincts, and create a sense of safety and control as you prepare to welcome your baby. My role is to hold space, guide you with compassion, and support you in creating a peaceful, empowered birth experience—every step of the way.
